Pembroke Patisserie ran a Christmas Gingerbread House fundraiser throughout December where they raised $300 for charity. Not only that, they then matched it with another $300, and chose the Upper Clutha Children’s Medical Trust as their charity of choice. We are very grateful to Kirsty and her team for this fabulous donation, and are a little envious of the lucky winner of this amazing Gingerbread House – almost too good to eat!
